Hello! I’m glad you’re here.
As a spiritual director in training through the highly regarded Stillpoint program at Ghost Ranch, I am honored to join in the ancient practice of sacred listening as it evolves to meet us in our modern lives. My work and personal faith experiences are most deeply rooted in the Christian tradition, though I work with those from all spiritual traditions and enjoy learning from a wide variety of spiritual wisdom streams. My table is welcoming and inclusive of all.

How can we journey together?
1:1 Direction
During these sessions, we meet together to create quiet space amidst the busyness of life to listen for what is being stirred in your soul. This is a place to explore questions and doubts, give voice to inner longings, and deepen your spiritual path.
Retreats
Sacred listening also lends itself well to group settings in the form of retreats and workshops. In these group settings, we are able to use interactive and creative tools to explore the inner life together in community.
Writing
My writing focuses on the spiritual journey and the role that spiritual direction can play in our everyday lives. I am available to contribute essays, reflections, and written guides for your publication. Please contact me to discuss your idea.
